Kovaion Trust organised 2 day awareness programme on value added minor millet products for the farm women groups at SS Kulam and Sultanpet Block in Coimbatore. Dr. Saraswathy Easwaran conducted the programme and provided hands on training to the women. Dr.Saraswathy Eswaran is a Ph.D. qualified person in the field of Food Science and Nutrition. She served in reputed institutes like central Food Technological Research Institute, Mysore and Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore for 30 years. With immense depth in the field of food processing, quality ensured training are imparted to entrepreneurs.
